Information We Collect

We only collect what you choose to send us through a form on this site. We do not run advertising trackers or sell data.

• Contact details you enter: name, email address, and phone number.
• The market you select (Nevada or California) and your message.
• Answers to the questions on the specific form you used — for example your buying timeline and price range, your property address if you requested a valuation, your investment strategy, or your licence number and current brokerage if you enquired about joining us.
• Standard server logs kept by our hosting provider, which may include IP address and browser type.

How We Use It

Recruiting enquiries from agents are handled separately from client enquiries and are treated as confidential. We do not contact your current brokerage.

• To respond to your enquiry and provide the service you asked about.
• To match you with the right person on our team.
• To keep in touch about your transaction while it is active.

Third Parties

This site embeds a Google Maps frame on the contact and home pages; loading those pages means Google may receive your IP address and set its own cookies, governed by Google's privacy policy. Our site is served by a third-party hosting provider, and our blog content is stored in a hosted content management system.

We link out to our profiles on Instagram, Google, Realtor.com, Zillow, and Homes.com. Those services have their own privacy policies and we do not control them.

Cookies

This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies. The only cookie we set is a session cookie for staff signing in to the private admin area; it is not set for ordinary visitors.

Data Retention and Your Choices

We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to respond and to meet record-keeping obligations that apply to real estate brokerages.

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you sent us. Depending on where you live — California residents in particular, under the CCPA/CPRA — you may have additional rights, including the right to know what personal information we hold and to request its deletion. Contact us using the details below and we will respond.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
